Looks and sounds yummy and healthy (low carb)!!
Coco-Cocoa Walnut Bark
2 tbsp coconut oil – liquified
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar or equivalent
1 tbsp walnut halves -broken
dash of salt
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Mix together the liquified coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar chopped walnuts and salt.
Whip in the cream and stir until it turns into a nice thick creamy chocolate sauce.
Spread onto a sheet of wax paper .. making it about 1/4 inch thick.
Once it is cooled .. snap into pieces and enjoy!!
