Low Carb Blackened Dijon Chicken
2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
3/4 Cup Dijon Mustard…
4 Tbs Olive Oil
5 Tbs Blackened Seasoning:
1 1/2 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Tbs Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
Pre Heat oven to 400 °
Season each breast on both sides with seasoning.. Then using a basting brush you will then brush each side of the breast with Dijon mustard.
In a large Fry-pan heat 4 Tbs Olive Oil and sear breasts on each side for 4 minutes each side. Remove and place on rimmed cookie sheet and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with side dish of your choice!
