My 3 month results on Skinny Fiber!
Sorry it took so long but I had to work up the courage to put these pics up even though I am proud of them!

I am so excited to share my 3 month results with Skinny Fiber!!! I knew I was losing because my clothes were getting baggy but the numbers and the way I feel are the icing on the cake!! From day 1 I was feeling full and eating less. All I did was walk and at the most 3x a week and occasional swimming. My eating habits did not change much I tried to do a little low carb but did not really need to I was eating much less because of the Skinny Fiber. I was 178.6 lbs when I started Skinny Fiber and today after 3 months I am at 165 lbs!!! My body fat went from 34.4% to 31.4% and my BMI has changed also from 35.5% to 31.9%. On top of these amazing numbers in just 3 short months I have more energy, absolutely no cravings and my blood sugar is in the normal ranges without medication! I cannot wait to see my results after the next 3 months!
