1 CAN OF PINK SALMON – CLEANED FROM ALL BONES

2 EGGS

3/4 CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS (PLAIN OR FLAVORED)

1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

1/2 – 3/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONION

SALT, PEPPER, SEASON SALT ADD TO YOUR TASTE.

MIX ALL TOGETHER IN BOWL

FILL IN A NON-STICK MUFFIN/CUPCAKE PAN *** MINE FILLED 8 MUFFIN CUPS

COOK AT 425 FOR 25 MINS.

OVENS VARY SO JUST CHECK ON THEM AFTER 15 MINS. OR SO…….

EACH SALMON CUP (PATTY) IS ABOUT 110 CALORIES…….
