I finished my 2nd 90 day challenge and here is my before pic side by side with my picture from today. So far I’ve lost 30 lbs and 58.75″ with an amazing 13.5″ from my waist. The best thing about this, it was so EASY. I can honestly say, the ONLY thing different is I quit drinking anything with carbination. I quit Diet Dr. Pepper cold turkey. Now, I only drink water, about 80-100 oz per day and take 2 Skinny Fiber capsules about 30 minutes before lunch and 2 capsules 30 minutes before dinner. That’s it! I would love to tell you that I work out every day, eat clean, etc etc. But I don’t. I think about eating fewer carbs, but I still eat sweets, and potatoes, I just don’t eat much of it. That’s the beauty of Skinny Fiber, you eat less, you feel full and that’s that.
My goal is to finally start doing my Zombie Run workout as soon as I close down my yarn shop next month. Maybe once I’m at home during the day I’ll be able to plan better meals. But I’ve got to tell you, I probably won’t be giving up my chocolate treat anytime soon.
