Another fabulous update – WAY TO GO STEPHANIE
Okay- Here it goes! For those of you who know me well, you know I HATE to have my picture taken. I made exceptions when I started Skinny Fiber. They tell you to take before and after pictures, weigh and take your measurements. I have been taking Skinny Fiber since January 8th, 2014. I have lost 9 pounds and a total of 9 inches overall. I did this by basically taking 2 pills 2 times a day before my 2 largest meals of the day. I have completely cut out sweet tea and cokes. Other than a cup of coffee in the morning (with cream and sugar!), I only drink water. My craving for sweets has been greatly reduced. My goal this next 90 days is to do better at watching what I eat and adding exercise! I can’t wait to see the results July 7, 2014.
