Grannie’s Easy Jam!
1.5 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries (or any other berries)
2-3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Blend ingredients in blender or processor. Fill your jar. Refrigerate overnight. Add more fruit if you would like to make more than 2 cups at a time, or for thicker jam.
Chia seeds expand so they will act as a gel to make the jam/fruit thicken up.
