FAT FLUSH WATER!!! – Alternative for those who cannot have grapefruit
2 oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
1 large cucumber
2 mint leaves
Wash all fruit and vegetables, slice and place in water pitcher. Fill to the brim with water, make sure to use filtered or purified water as this is best. You can tweak the amount you use of each fruit if you like. Some people may like it better with one mint leaf.
Place in fridge and let infuse overnight or at least 8 hours. Drink as much as you want, fruit will last a couple of days so keep refilling the pitcher.
